Hi. My name is Lindsay Stephenson and this is my blog. Between running my stationery shop The Penny Paper Co. and running after my two and a half year old son, Oscar - I write about what inspires me, the projects I do for fun, life observations and everything in between.
You may have seen some of my projects. I've been been called "DIY Masters" by Apartment Therapy, I've been given a shoutout by the almighty Sarah Richardson and our projects have been making the rounds all around the web. My blog has been featured in Style at Home Magazine and we're listed as one of the top design bloggers by House and Home Magazine on their website.

My blog is not my business. I write this blog purely out of the joy of photography, showing the DIY Projects I'm doing, and our home renovations. However.... running my own business I've seen great value when my product is featured on the right blog with the right audience. Because of the success I have seen for my own company, I don't mind working, on occasion, with companies to sponsored posts or, accept products in kind. If a post has received a product free, or, a post is sponsored, I always disclose this so that there is no misunderstandings with my readers. Although I have been hired by companies such as Home Depot Canada, Ikea Canada, Pier 1 Imports, Canadian Tire, Bissell and many more to review products, or do sponsored projects I equally support smaller independent businesses by offering occasional free ad space, or, discounted ad rates for independent shops.
